Established in 2019, Connect UK Auctions has developed its own tech-driven platform that aims to minimise the risk of fall-through once a sale is agreed.

The auctioneer sells residential properties requiring improvement, tenanted properties, probate (inherited) properties, repossessed properties, development propositions (with and without planning permission), commercial investments, mixed-use properties and larger portfolios.

Connect UK’s system allows buyers to bid in real-time (online), proxy bidding (where the auctioneer bids on your behalf) or via a dedicated phone line.
