Town & Country Property Auctions (TCPA) – with its head office in Chester – has its roots with the early building societies of the nineteenth century. Subsequently, the holding company made its foray into the property market via an estate agency service established in 1991.

Initially established across North Wales, the North West and Shropshire, the auctioneer expanded its sales team throughout the UK, Ireland and internationally alongside running its own digital marketplace for property auctions.
